Returns

14-day returns on unworn pieces.

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Email support@drokt.shop to start a return and we will send instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

EU right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Email us your order number within that window; return the goods within 14 days of your notice (return postage on you). We refund all payments including standard delivery within 14 days of your notice — full detail in our Refund policy.
