Refund policy

Returns

14-day returns on unworn pieces.

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Email support@drokt.shop to start a return and we will send instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by an unequivocal statement — email support@drokt.shop stating your order number and that you withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU, but it is not obligatory.
  • Return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest.
  • You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
